Warranty

Light Travelers is committed to the quality of our products. We offer a lifetime parts and workmanship warranty to the original purchaser. This warranty covers products manufactured by Light Travelers, but does not cover problems resulting from improper installation, normal wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.

For third party products sold by Light Travelers, warranty claims should be directed to the respective manufacturers.

Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced with comparable components, subject to availability. If a product is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. If repair or replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued.

 

Cosmetic Damage

We take great care to ensure that products arrive in excellent condition. However, sometimes minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during transit. Decisions regarding the handling of such issues are at the discretion of our customer service team. Minor, non-visible cosmetic imperfections (such as marks on hidden surfaces) are not eligible for repair.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and warranty claims will be handled at the discretion of Light Travelers.

Release of Liability

By purchasing and using Light Travelers products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their proper use and installation. Light Travelers, its employees, affiliates and successors are released from any liability arising from the use, installation or modification of the product.

Professional installation by a certified installer is strongly recommended. If self-installation is chosen, customers must ensure they understand all instructions and safety precautions.

Altering factory components, mixing brands, or improper installation may affect vehicle handling and safety. Light Travelers urges caution when operating modified vehicles and assumes no responsibility for any resulting damage, injury or accident.

Certain states regulate vehicle modifications, including height modifications. It is the owner's responsibility to check and comply with local laws.

Light Travelers reserves the right to make design changes without notice. Such changes will not require updates to previously sold products.

By purchasing Light Travelers products, the customer assumes full responsibility for their installation, operation, and all associated risks.
