Orders will be shipped as soon as items are available. If you have special shipping requirements, please let us know at the time of purchase. Special shipping requests may result in additional charges.

Shipping charges apply to the lower 48 states. Additional charges apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. While shipping charges are estimated in good faith, deliveries to remote locations may incur additional charges that must be paid by the customer or the order may be cancelled.
