Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and returned in their original condition. Products that have been installed or used are not eligible for return. Light Travelers reserves the right to determine whether a problem qualifies as a defect or a returnable error.

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or error, Light Travelers will cover the return shipping costs. However, returns will not be accepted on custom-made, custom-colored, or modified products (such as drilled components).

For returns not related to manufacturing defects, the customer is responsible for all packaging, insurance and shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the item is received in new condition. To initiate a return process, please email info@lighttravelers.com for a return authorization prior to shipping.

Light Travelers is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating missing shipments.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to our product designs as necessary, so actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed online.

Any modifications made to a vehicle for installation purposes, such as drilling or structural changes, are the sole responsibility of the owner. Light Travelers will not provide compensation for vehicle modifications in the event of a return.

All closeout or open box purchases are final sales and are not eligible for returns.
